1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Get Chalked mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Hooked on Yutz ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Get Chalked is a gymnastics score tracking application that:

• Fetches scores from publicly available sources (MeetScoresOnline.com)
• Tracks personal records for athletes you follow
• Provides progress analytics and insights
• Sends notifications when scores are posted
• Stores data locally on your device

The App is provided for informational and personal use only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any score data, as this data originates from third-party sources.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have read and agree to these Terms.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Purchase and Payment

Get Chalked is available as a one-time purchase for $14.99 (or local equivalent). This purchase unlocks all features of the App permanently.

Your purchase is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms are governed by the respective platform's terms of service.

Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google through their standard refund processes. We do not process refunds directly.

• Apple: Request via Settings → Apple ID → Purchase History, or at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google: Request via Google Play app → Menu → Account → Purchase History

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
• Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to users who violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Hooked on Yutz and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Score data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers (MeetScoresOnline.com) and remains the property of those providers. We do not claim ownership of athlete names, scores, or meet information.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Score data will be accurate, complete, or current
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

Score data depends on third-party sources (MeetScoresOnline.com) and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We have no control over when or whether meet directors upload scores.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOOKED ON YUTZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App ($14.99).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by other means.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of [STATE].

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information, including our use of anonymous analytics.
