Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Hooked on Yutz ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Get Chalked mobile application ("App").

We built Get Chalked with privacy in mind. We don't require accounts, we store your data locally on your device, and we don't track you as an individual.

Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following information on your device only:

Anonymous Analytics & Crash Reports

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage and crash data. This helps us understand how the app is used and fix bugs.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email, or any personal contact information
• Your location or GPS data
• Device identifiers that track you across apps
• Anything that identifies you as an individual

Information Processed Temporarily

When you search for athletes or view scores, the App makes requests directly to MeetScoresOnline.com from your device. These requests are not routed through our servers. We do not log or store them.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we use Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver them to your device.

To make this work, we store:

• A device token (a random identifier generated by Apple or Google)
• Which athletes you've enabled notifications for

This data is used solely to send you score notifications. It is not shared with third parties, and we cannot use it to identify you personally. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation that you've purchased the app — nothing else.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• MeetScoresOnline.com — Source of gymnastics score data. Requests go directly from your device.
• Firebase (Google) — Anonymous crash reports and usage analytics.
• Apple/Google Push Services — For delivering notifications.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — For purchase processing.

We do not integrate with advertising networks or social media tracking.

Children's Privacy

While the App displays publicly available score data that may include minors' names (as published by MeetScoresOnline.com), we do not:

• Collect personal information directly from children
• Require children to create accounts or submit information
• Target advertising or content to children

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at privacy@hookedonyutz.com.

Data Security

Your personal data (athletes, scores, PRs) is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, etc.).

For push notifications and anonymous analytics, we use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Firebase is operated by Google and adheres to strict security standards.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since your data is stored locally:

• To delete your data: Uninstall the App, or use "Clear Data" in the App's settings.
• Push notification tokens: Automatically removed when you uninstall or disable notifications.
• Anonymous analytics: Retained by Firebase per Google's data retention policies, but cannot be tied to you.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data:

• Access: Your data is already on your device — you have full access.
• Deletion: Uninstall the App to delete all locally stored data.
• Opt-out: Disable push notifications in device settings. Analytics cannot be opted out of without uninstalling.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
