Scores are pulled directly from where meets post their results online. Most gymnastics meets post their results to score databases that Get Chalked can access, so your gymnast's data will likely be available.
Absolutely. Get Chalked supports both Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) with all their respective events.

Free apps come with tradeoffs — ads, data harvesting, artificial limits that frustrate you into paying. We'd rather build something great, charge a fair price, and call it a day.
$14.99 is less than a gym leo. Less than one meet entry fee. Less than that overpriced coffee at the meet concession stand.
Refunds are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — not through us. Each store has their own refund policies and processes.

Get Chalked automatically tracks your gymnast's highest scores on each event. When they beat their PR — even by 0.05 — you'll see a celebration and can instantly share a beautiful PR card to social media or text to family.
PRs are tracked by level, so when a gymnast moves up to a new level, they start fresh.
Get Chalked shows you the story behind the scores:
- Progress charts: See how each event score has changed over the season
- PR history: When each personal record was set and by how much

Gym WiFi is notoriously terrible. Get Chalked doesn't care. Open the app and everything is just... there.

Your personal data stays on your device. We don't have user accounts, don't track your identity, and don't sell anything.
We do use Firebase for anonymous crash reports and basic usage analytics (like "how many people use this feature") to make the app better. None of this is tied to you personally. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Scores depend on the meet director uploading them to score databases. If a meet isn't showing:
- The meet director may not have uploaded scores yet
- The meet may use a different scoring system we don't support
- There may be a delay (scores usually appear within a few hours of posting)
If you see scores online but not in the app, contact us and we'll investigate.
Yes. Go to Settings → Restore Purchase in the app. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy the app, your purchase will be restored automatically.
