Common Issues

Scores aren't showing for a meet

Scores depend on the meet director uploading them to score databases. Pull down to refresh, or check back in a few hours. If you see scores posted online but not in the app, contact us.

Can't find my gymnast in search

Make sure you're spelling the name correctly. Try just the first name or last name. If they've never competed in a meet that posts scores online, they won't appear in our database yet.

Push notifications aren't working

Check that notifications are enabled in your phone's Settings → Get Chalked. If they're on but still not working, try toggling notifications off and on again.

App is running slowly

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, go to Settings → Clear Cache. This won't delete your gymnasts or data.

My purchase didn't go through

Go to Settings → Restore Purchase in the app. If you were charged but don't have access, contact Apple or Google support for a refund, then try again.
