Common Issues
The game won't load
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store.
My high score disappeared
High scores are stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, or got a new device without restoring from backup, your scores may be lost. Unfortunately, there's no way to recover them.
I collected all gold but didn't unlock anything
Make sure you collected ALL gold pieces in a single game (not across multiple games). The game will show a special animation when you trigger the unlock. If you're certain you collected everything and still didn't unlock, please contact us with details.
No sound is playing
Check that your device isn't on silent mode (the physical switch on the side). Also check that the in-game sound toggle (the speaker icon) is enabled.
