What is Get Pudding!?
Get Pudding! is a nostalgic bomber game inspired by the VIC-20 era. You fly a plane across the screen, drop bombs to destroy terrain, and collect gold hidden in the mountain — all while avoiding the lava at the bottom.
Why is it called "Get Pudding"?
It's a playful nod to the original game David created on the Commodore VIC-20 as a kid. The gold pieces look like pudding cups from above. The name stuck.
Is there an Android version?
Not at this time. Get Pudding! is iOS only.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes! Get Pudding! runs on both iPhone and iPad in landscape mode.
Gameplay
How do I play?
Your plane automatically flies across the screen. Tap anywhere to drop a bomb. Bombs destroy terrain and reveal gold. Collect all the gold before time runs out, and don't let your bombs hit the lava bar at the bottom!
How is scoring calculated?
Each gold piece is worth 100 points. You lose 5 points for each plane pass across the screen (efficiency bonus). Any time remaining when you finish adds 1 point per second. High scores reward both speed and precision.
What happens if I hit the lava?
Game over! The lava rises up and ends your run. The key is to carefully carve through the mountain without digging too deep.
How do I unlock Gas Pockets and Bedrock?
Collect ALL gold in a single game to trigger the easter egg. The first time unlocks Gas Pockets (explosive blocks that chain react). The second time unlocks Bedrock (indestructible blocks). Once unlocked, these features appear in all future games.
What are Gas Pockets?
Gas Pockets are special blocks that explode when hit, clearing surrounding terrain in a chain reaction. They make it easier to reach gold quickly, but can also accidentally trigger the lava if you're not careful.
What is Bedrock?
Bedrock blocks are indestructible. Bombs can't break them. You'll need to find another path around them to reach the gold.

How much does it cost?
$0.99 USD. One-time purchase. No subscriptions.
Are there ads?
No. Zero ads. Ever. That's the whole point.
Are there in-app purchases?
No. Everything is included. The unlockables (Gas Pockets, Bedrock) are earned through gameplay, not purchased.

No. We believe in fair pricing without ads or nickel-and-diming. $0.99 gets you the complete game.

Does it require internet?
No. Get Pudding! is 100% offline. No internet connection needed to play.
Do I need an account?

Are there leaderboards?
High scores are stored locally on your device. There's no Game Center or online leaderboards — just you vs. your own best.
