Common Issues
The game won't load
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store.
My high score disappeared
Local high scores are stored on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, or got a new device without restoring from backup, local scores may be lost. Game Center scores are synced to your Apple ID and should persist.
Game Center leaderboards aren't showing
Make sure you're signed into Game Center in your device Settings. Also check that you have an internet connection. Scores will sync when connectivity is restored.
No sound is playing
Check that your device isn't on silent mode (the physical switch on the side). Also check that the in-game sound toggle is enabled in Settings.
The pause timer is too fast/slow
The pause threshold is set at approximately 1.25 seconds. This is intentional to prevent looking things up. If it feels too fast, focus on knowing the digits before you play!
I typed the right digit but it ended my game
Make sure you're following Pi correctly: 3.14159265358979... If you're certain you typed correctly and it still failed, please contact us with the digit sequence and position where it failed.
