Get Pi'd! is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not require an account, we collect minimal information, and most of your data stays on your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Location data
• Photos or media
• Device identifiers for advertising
• Browsing history

3. Information Stored Locally

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• High Scores: Your personal best scores (also synced to Game Center if enabled)
• Settings: Theme preference, sound/haptic toggles

This local data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

4. Game Center

Get Pi'd! uses Apple's Game Center for leaderboards. If you choose to use Game Center:

• Your scores are submitted to Apple's Game Center service
• Your Game Center display name appears on leaderboards
• Game Center is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy

Game Center is optional. You can play the game without it — your scores will simply be stored locally.

5. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

• Handles app distribution and purchase processing
• Apple may collect data according to their privacy policy
• We do not receive any personal information from Apple about you

Apple Game Center

• Optional leaderboard service
• Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
• We receive only aggregate leaderboard data, not personal information

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only data shared is your score to Game Center leaderboards (if you opt in).

7. Data Retention

• Local data: Stored on your device until you delete the App or clear app data
• Game Center data: Managed by Apple according to their retention policies
• Our servers: We do not operate servers that store your data

8. Children's Privacy

Get Pi'd! is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require account creation, and Game Center usage is controlled by the device owner's settings.

9. Your Rights

Since most data is stored locally on your device:

• Access: You have full access to your local data on your device
• Deletion: Uninstall the App to delete all local data
• Game Center: Manage through your Apple ID settings

10. Security

Your local data is protected by your device's security measures (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, encryption). Game Center data is protected by Apple's security infrastructure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
