What is Get Pi'd!?
Get Pi'd! is a memory challenge game where you type digits of Pi as fast and accurately as possible. The screen shows "3." and you tap digits on a custom keypad to continue the sequence. One wrong digit ends the game.
Why is it called "Get Pi'd"?
It's a playful twist on Pi (the mathematical constant) and getting "pied" (like a pie in the face). When you mess up a digit, you get Pi'd!
Is there an Android version?
Not at this time. Get Pi'd! is iOS only.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes! Get Pi'd! runs on both iPhone and iPad.
How many digits of Pi are in the game?
The game stores over 10,000 digits of Pi. Good luck reaching that limit!
Gameplay
How do I play?
You see "3." on screen. Tap the digits on the custom keypad to continue Pi's decimal sequence (1, 4, 1, 5, 9...). The timer starts on your first tap. Keep going as far as you can remember!
What ends the game?
Two things end your run: (1) Tapping the wrong digit, or (2) Pausing too long (about 1.25 seconds between taps). No looking things up!
How is scoring calculated?
Your primary score is how many digits you reach. Time is tracked as a secondary metric. The combo system rewards fast, accurate play with streak counters and speed bonuses.
What's the combo system?
Build streaks by tapping digits quickly. A combo counter appears at 3+ streak and grows larger at 10+. Tapping quickly (under 300ms) triggers a "FAST!" speed bonus.
Can I pause the game?
No. The pause detection is part of the challenge. If you pause longer than ~1.25 seconds, the game ends. It's pure memory or nothing.
Why can't I paste Pi digits?
The custom numeric keypad prevents copy/paste by design. Get Pi'd! is a memory game — no cheating allowed!
Themes
What themes are available?
Seven themes, each with unique animated backgrounds and sound effects: Playful (bouncy, colorful), Retro (CRT scanlines, 8-bit), Elegant (cream and gold), Space (cosmic nebulas), Neon (Tron-style grids), Ocean (bubbles and waves), and Nature (leaves and fireflies).
Do themes affect gameplay?
No — themes are purely visual and audio. They don't change the difficulty or scoring. Pick whatever you enjoy most!
Are all themes included?
Yes. All 7 themes are included with the $0.99 purchase. No unlocking required.

How much does it cost?
$0.99 USD. One-time purchase. No subscriptions.
Are there ads?
No. Zero ads. Ever. That's the whole point.
Are there in-app purchases?
No. Everything is included. All themes, all features.
Is there a free version?
No. We believe in fair pricing without ads or nickel-and-diming. $0.99 gets you the complete game.
Technical
Does it require internet?
The game works fully offline. Game Center leaderboards require internet to sync scores, but you can play without it.
Do I need an account?
No accounts required. Game Center is optional for leaderboards.
Are there leaderboards?
Yes! Game Center leaderboards rank players by digits reached. Compete globally to see how your Pi knowledge stacks up.
What iOS version is required?
iOS 15.0 or later.
