Common Issues
The app won't load holidays for my country
Make sure you have an internet connection. Get Gone fetches holiday data from a public API. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app.
My purchase didn't go through
Tap the menu icon and select "Restore Purchases" to restore any previous purchases. If you were charged but don't have access, contact Apple or Google support for a refund, then try again.
I can't export to my calendar
Calendar export is a Pro feature. Make sure you've unlocked Get Gone Pro. If you have Pro and still can't export, check that you've granted calendar permissions in your device settings.
The optimization results seem wrong
Double-check your settings: country, year, work schedule, and constraints. The algorithm works around holidays in your selected country and respects your work schedule (standard, 9/80, or 4/10).
I added a constraint but it's not showing up
Make sure the constraint dates fall within the year you've selected. Constraints are year-specific.
