Smart Matching

Strong Match
Within ~300 feet AND ~30 min of an existing waypoint. The app suggests attaching the photo to that catch automatically.
Location Match
Nearby waypoint, different date. Could be a return trip to the same spot. You decide whether to attach or create new.
No Match
No nearby waypoints found. A new waypoint is created at the photo's GPS coordinates with all extracted metadata.

Two Scan Modes
Automatic scanning runs when your device is charging, on WiFi, and idle. Or trigger a scan manually whenever you want.
Chunked Processing
Processes 100-200 photos per session. Progress is persisted and resumes automatically on the next session. No battery drain.
Photos Survive Deletion
Photos are copied into app storage. They survive camera roll deletion, are included in backups, and stay with your catch data permanently.
Re-Scan: Always Additive
Re-scanning is additive — it will never duplicate catches you've already imported. The app tracks which photos have been processed and skips them.
Choose between scanning only recent photos (since your last scan) or a full re-scan of your entire camera roll. The last scan timestamp is always visible so you know exactly where you stand.
